Monthly Wellness Recipe

Here's something to help with the Social aspect of your overall "wellness": writing letters!

Letting-writing has become a lost art — when is the last time you put pen to paper and wrote a letter to a loved one or a dear friend? Last year I started writing letters with the goal of sending I per month. While most letters lately have admittedly been to Bryan (my soon-to-be husband); many in the beginning were to friends and family. Not only was I able to bless these individuals; but it became a true source of joy for me as the giver. Find that stationary tucked in the corner of your desk, dig through your junk drawer to find a working pen, and start writing! I promise you will enjoy the
experience as much as the receiver will enjoy mail that isn't junk! -Alicia
